The Aquatic Resource Conservation Electronic Library

Accessibility to relevant and accurate science-based information is important for resource decision-makers, managers, students, scientists, and the general public to help them develop informed opinions. It is important to not only make that information available when and where it is needed, but also to present the message differently for each group.

The Aquatic Resource Conservation electronic Library is a compendium of downloadable PowerPoint slideshow presentations, each one addressing a different aquatic resource issue and authored by a different team of experts. There are two components to the Library: the Fisheries Presentation Library, which presents scientific material on a broad spectrum of aquatic resource issues, and the Fisheries Law Library, which explains key legislation that affects fisheries and provides case studies to illustrate how these laws impact conservation efforts. Additionally, FCF is proud to host the The Island School Poster Series, which you can view here.
